Refund Policy

At My Pawtique, your satisfaction is our priority.  
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You can request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.  
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.
